  • These sessions are LIVE. They are not replays.
  • Your Zoom link is specific to this one-and-only event.
  • Arrive at least 5 minutes early for LIVE online classes.
  • Refrain from big meals 90 mins beforehand and no food 45 mins before a session as it can be uncomfortable to breathe with a full stomach. Tea and water are ok.
  • Wear casual, comfortable clothes.
  • Contraindications include, but are not limited to Acute, severe illness or organ failure, Epilepsy, Patients with pacemakers or heart arrhythmias, COPD, Cancer (unless approved by your doctor), Pregnancy, Tinnitus, and Hernia. Modifications are available. Always get clearance from your doctor or healthcare provider.
